- My listing commission fee* is usually lower than others for FULL SERVICE!
- Home Warranty** - FREE when you list with me! (Normal Price $399)
- Create a website exclusively for the sale of your home with information and many additional features such as pictures, map, and more! (Example)
- Place your home on our website's Featured Homes for Sale page.
- I use Centralized Showing Service (CSS) to set up and arrange viewings of your home.
- I use SentriLock Electronic Keyboxes which offer improved security and easier showing scheduling than other lockboxes. This lockbox records the time, date, and agent contact information for every showing.
- I hire a professional photographer to take pictures of your home and create an online virtual tour!
- Submit your home to the MLS (Multiple Listing Service)
- A 'For Sale' sign on your property with an information box containing flyers.
- Place your home information on a multitude of Internet sites:

Some services are optional, but why limit the exposure to potential buyers!
